Hi,you’re most probably allergic. Precautions and medications both will go hand in hand to control your symptoms. Try to avoid soft toys/carpet/curtains because they have a lot of dander in them. Was your pillows and bedsheets daily and sun dry to kill mites in them. If you have a pet that may aggravate your problem.
Next Steps
Consult an ENT doctor for your allergy medications.

1. Identify and avoid allergens: Stay away from substances that trigger your allergies, such as pollen, dust mites, mold, or pet dander. 2. Use air purifiers: Air purifiers can help remove allergens from the air, reducing symptoms. 3. Wear a mask: If you need to be outdoors when pollen counts are high, wear a mask to filter out allergens. 4. Keep windows closed: During peak pollen hours, keep windows and doors closed to prevent allergens from entering your home. 5. Use nasal filters: Adhesive filters can be placed in your nostrils to trap allergens before they enter your lungs. 7. Use inhalers: If prescribed, use inhalers as directed to help open airways and relieve symptoms. 8. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to thin out mucus and keep your respiratory system functioning properly.

based on your symptoms, it is possible that you may be experiencing seasonal allergies or a respiratory condition such as allergic rhinitis or mild asthma. Irritation in the throat, wheezing, and worsening symptoms with dust or smoke are often linked to airway inflammation or sensitivity. My advice: 1. Avoid exposure to triggers like dust, smoke, and cold environments. 2. Consider using an antihistamine or inhaler if symptoms persist, but only after consulting a doctor. 3. Steam inhalation can provide relief. 4. Get a chest X-ray and complete blood count (CBC) to rule out infection or other underlying issues. It is crucial that you consult with me personally to assess your condition further and create an appropriate treatment plan.
