Inside cheek and corner of both side
When I scratch finger inside cheek only right side  I show some small small bump inside cheek last two months not increase size no burning not blooding I never chewing tobacco occasionally smoking only and this problem effect to mind and I go on depression so please suggest me y this happen and which medicine use

It looks normal. Do not worry. But you have a lot of stains which needs professional cleaning. Visit your nearby dentist and get scaling (cleaning) done. Use chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily.

Based on what I can see in this picture , looks like normal . May be the mucosa is dry because of smoking . Also would suggest a scaling (cleaning ) of your teeth and a mouthwash to improve salivation . Don’t get depressed as it doesn’t look to be a serious issue . Also when feasible, you can get a scaling procedure done in a clinic .
