Sir last three months I show  some spot inside check only right side no blooding no burning no itching or not increase in size last three months I am smoking but not chewing any tobacco so please give me some medicine

Sir is there any tooth causing trauma to that particular area..sometimes continuous injury by tooth itself causes discoloured mucosa..With the proper information of colour , pattern and size of lesion helps to sort out any lesion.. after lockdown u need to visit clinic for proper clinical and visual examination..stop smoking immediately as this could be the reason for pre malignant lesions

You have not mentioned the colour of spot. If white patch,then it can be developing leukoplakia,pre cancerous lesion,you have to leave all forms of tobacco,take some anti oxidant containing lycopene.

It is most likely smokers melanosis which is a harmless condition as a defence response of body to harmful chemicals of smoking.It usually disappears on its own within 3 months to 3 years of quoting smoking.If it turns painful then biopsy would be needed to ascertain whether not cancerous
