Sir is there any tooth causing trauma to that particular area..sometimes continuous injury by tooth itself causes discoloured mucosa..With the proper information of colour , pattern and size of lesion helps to sort out any lesion.. after lockdown u need to visit clinic for proper clinical and visual examination..stop smoking immediately as this could be the reason for pre malignant lesions
Next Steps
