Impacted wisdom tooth?
My left side lower wisdom tooth abnormally grown into the side mucosa, and the upper one also seems to be troubling me. Past few days have been giving me dizzy spells as wel, not spinning sensation but dizziness out of a sudden, cbc is also normal. Can it be possible that this wisdom tooth soreness and my dizziness is correlated? And another question, i have been through a course of h pylori twice this year. (28 days of harsh antibiotics :( ) So, i wanted to ask can I go ahead with removal of both the upper and lower molars on the same day, to avoid excessive antibiotics usage again. Also, I remember a dentist saying lower one will be a little complicated given its closeness with some nerve. Will that result in any complication?

Get your wisdom tooth removed. If there is infection or pain, medicines has to be taken prior to tooth removal. If lower tooth is close to nerve, take an xray prior to procedure ,consult an oral surgeon.

Your dizziness might be related to the harsh antibiotics that you took for H. Pylori infection... As for the wisdom teeth removal you may go for extraction of both to avoid excessive antibiotic usage the only downside is that recovery time may extend also you might need to see your dentist 24 hrs, 72 hrs and 7 days post extraction of both wisdom teeth... Rest avoiding any complications is upto the knowledge and skill of the dentist you are visiting...
Next Steps
if wisdom tooth is causing trouble then do go for extraction
Health Tips
choose your dentist carefully 😂😂😂 also post op care and revisit should be thorough....

As per me, dizziness is not related to your impacted teeth. And yes you can go for extraction for both on the same day. Do visit a local oral and maxillofacial surgeon for treatment and physical evaluation.
