My age is 28 my height is 162cm and weight is 65kg.till age of 25 my weight  ranged between 50 to 55 kgs.i want to keep my weight light.is 50 to 55 kg ideal weight.

According to ur height and weight u r weight is high. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Make a healthy routine .70% diet & 30% exercise helps in the weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed or single tonned milk (300) ml daily Curd and paneer are made up from the tonned milk Use olive oil , sunflower oil, saffola, rice bran oil, mustard oil Can take artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables Avoid tinned canned, preserved food and processed food
