I want to reduce weight. Please help me
Hi, I'm overweight all my life. I was cute but now I'm 19 when I entered college I enter into real world. I came to know that I'm extremely fat and I need to change.. So I started gym in April 2018 , I was 122kgs that time... And now today August 2019 I'm 108 kgs since last 5-6 months...im losing interest in working out as I'm not losing any weight...i get myself checked for thyroid sugar and lipid profile, everything is normal. Please suggest something I'm done being fat and bullied. Please

Hey, dont you worry i was myself 110 kg in 2013.. do i look like one now? I am 72 kg currently. Wats the secret? U probably know it . Diet and workout right? Yes So the problem starts that you stop gaining weight. I understand so i need to put you on some interesting diet that you can continue but only do that for 45 day ok? Its not that hard. And continue with your workout sessions. As you were very much obese i also need to know if you have diAbetes? Hello dear no need to worry at all and be disheartened ... Just bring some lifestyle changes and health struggle should be over.    Pay attention to what you are eating and what can be the alternative for that so you consume lesser calories.  .. And more so as you said you are now unable to reduce weight don't concentrate on weight .... Check your inches and concentrate on lossing these and subsequently weight will reduce keep your scale inside and keep your measuring tape in hand ... Do strengthening excercise one day ,other day go for a intense runnning next do yoga next do Zumba ... Don't do same thing everyday keep changing and increasing the workout every fortnight .. This is how you will be able to achieve your goal ... It's not difficult for you as you seem to understand that you need to loose weight .. I am sure you can do it .... Check on the water ... Drink water accordinging to the color of your urine it should crystal clear .. Rest ban fried foods from your diet .. packed juices ,sodas all should be a big no .. For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. For reducing extra fat from belly, waist, hip, arm apply oil and gel for massage and cream for tightening on flabby part so that fat can be removed from particular part of the body.
