Hi Doctor, I'm 20. My height is 170cm and weight 89 kg. I want to loose weight. I'm a pure vegetarian staying in hostel and eating mess food. I don't have so many options for complete diet plan. Can you suggest few ways or diet plans through which I can reduce 8-9 kgs over a period of 2-3 months? Is it really possible?

Hi thanks. First u v to come down rice or fried rice similar products. Rather u v to take wheat, low calorie all foods. no banana no butter,ghee, no fried foods, fatty, junk,fast,cream based foods.more vegetables, fruits, low quantity but high quality. small but frequently meals. sleep 7 hrs. dynamic lifestyles.. work our two hrs min.
