Need more information abt u like physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history. For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet.

Hi! If you're looking forward to gain weight, your goal is to gain muscle mass. There are two important things- a proper diet and workout. So to go about it, increase the portion size of all your meals. This will increase your total caloric intake. Have a good amount of protein each day. Make sure you engage yourself in at least 30 minutes of intense physical activity, a combination of cardio and strength training everyday. Living in hostel it gets difficult to have a good source of food. Take  lots of nuts such as peanuts and cashews.Also protein rich foods such as chana,eggs can be easily availed. Take meals at regular intervals and take adequate sleep. Do light exercises such as walking/cycling everyday .
