I am havind acne
I am having acne on my face and on my back ,shoulder I use many acne creams but nothing happens the acne are small in size and spread on my back I have acne since more than 20 days but its not ending althrough it's spreading please suggest me the best medicine

Acne can be due to the following reason
1. Hormonal imbalance
2. Poor diet
3. Poor hygiene care
4. Taking lot of junk food
5. Taking lot of salty foods
6. Lack of sleep
7. Extra face touching
