Acne issue
I live in Agra/Vellore and have a super sensitive skin, it's terribly acne prone. I've seen acne formation due to stress, weather changes and so many more reasons. I need a strict diet to follow or atleast a suggestion on what I should cut out from my diet to lessen this problem. My current diet is a bit irregular and I've a lot of diary products like tea, curd, etc. Apart from all this it's normal food that is chapati, veggies, etc.

Acne happened due to hormonal changes or hormonal imbalance, an unhealthy diet, more oily food or refined food consumption which release corticosol hormone and because of that excessive production of sebum can cause acne. You should take low glycemic index food. Avoid excessive use dairy products.
