I have hypertension for the past 5 yrs and i used to have telma 20 once. It was controlled. But after pregnancy it's been 4 months and it's really high sometimes it reads 160/115. Even after taking nicardia 10 three doses and telma40 at night its 130/97.

From your description it seems that either you have been practicing self medication or getting opinions from friends in Kitty Parties.
Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management
Check your BP 3 time a day . Means at night before going to bed , early morning and afternoon around 3 pm for 3 days , take out average . If it’s 130/90 then continue tells 40 if it’s more then switch to telma H at night, reduce salt in diet, do exercise 45 mts daily . You can consult online if you wish to
With the above medicines your BP is still not controlled.You may need additional telmisartan or addition of a diuretic or both, under the supervision of your physician.

First of all i advise you to go for rft ,renal doppler done thyroid profile .Then as per my advise if renal function test and renal doppler is normal take tab telmesartan 40 mg early in morning Tab nicardipine 20 mg thrice daily and if still not controlled then add teb metxl 25 mg twice daily.Last and most important limit salt intake excercise daily and get good 7-8 hour of sleep.
