Hi Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. Avoid outside food and processed foods completely. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Also avoid refined sugar as much as you can. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar

After every 2 -3 hours Exercise daily for an hour Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Drink approx. 3 l water daily Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
