Hi, wants to know in general does honey helps in to burn the fats in the body or else its adds fats as it has lots of calories.and one more thing if we put honey in lemon water of 1 glass without sugar so does that help to reduce the calories as well? And if yes please do suggest the proportion of it as I am after losing weight , doing exercises and avoiding junk, eating salads etc
