Please avoid mutton if you're a non vegetarian. You can eat 1 whole boiled egg in a day not more than that. Eat lean meats like fish amd chicken but avoid skin part in both. You can include ghee and coconut oil in your diet in a moderate amount. Avoid deep fried oil foods, packed and processed foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and chocolates

Triglycerides are high ,pls consult physician for medication, Avoid white flour and  sugary things ,fried and outside food .Do regular exercise

Hi Need to discuss your health in detail But for the time 1) lower your stress 2) have 2-3 liters of water 3) take good sleep of 6-7 hours 4) avoid fast food and oily foods 5) avoid bad habits like alcohol or smoking 6) avoid red meat and egg yellow part 7) eat meals on time and proper portion 8) do some physical activity daily 9) add omega acid in diet like flax seeds or pumpkin seeds 8) avoid dry fruits
