I want to how what to eat in daily routine? I am 23 yr old and i don't eat junk foods and stufs like chips and kurkure. But some sort of acidity problem how to overcome that problem?

A healthy diet should have 1.adequate pulses,grains,milk.,buttermilk. 2.liberal vegetables,fruits. 3.moderate non veg.preserved canned foods 4.sparingly sweets,spices,salts,fastfoods,oily foods. These are the general steps of diet to be followed. Exercises,yoga,walking are to practiced routinely for two hrs everyday. Do not hold ur natural urges. Eat in time,concentrate on the qty of food. Eat in  descending qty.as the day  starts till the day ends by night. Breakfast ,lunch,meals. Give s gap of one hr ,after night dinner to sleep.

Hi, Acidity is symptoms of indigestion and most of the time it is due to improper dietary habits. More details like dietary habits, daily routine etc are required to recommend specifically. You can first identify which food or preparation causes acidity for you, sometimes homemade food can cause acidity. Try to avoid oily and spicy food and drink 3 litre water per day. Don't keep gap more than 3-4 hours between meals and never skip breakfast.
