Hi I can surely help you with the PCOD diet but I cannot give any diet over here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history. I would recommend you to meet me for one to one counseling session and a personalized diet plan. If you cannot visit me you can also have a online consultation as I work online globally Always remember lose weight in a healthy manner do not follow any random tips and any random plan. And in your case of PCOD random tips and random plan can also aggravate PCOD. And PCOD / PCOS reversible it can vanish from your body.So stop reacting and start responding and visit and consult for a personalized plan. If you wanna discuss further you can opt for personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
