Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Gas trouble can occur due to many reasons... 1.Your full day physical activity 2. Your way of eating like if u r a fast eater that can also cause gas trouble due to improper digesting of food 3. Lack of adequate water intake 4. Immediately sitting down soon after eating These are basic n general causes that cause gas trouble

check on above listed points and balance the frequency of eating or avoid eat much oily spicy food after 4 pm... do atleast 30 mins daily walking that will improve your metabolism and digesting capacity...

Hi please hav small and frequent meals and hav your dinner by 7:30 pm . Replacing wheat with other cereals would also help for further query do get in touch.
