Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

2. Your way of eating like if u r a fast eater that can also cause gas trouble due to improper digesting of food
3. Lack of adequate water intake
4. Immediately sitting down soon after eating
