I am having toothache from last week. It is somewhat mild but very uncomfortable. I am not having any issue with eating or anything but tooth is paining constantly. It is only in my frontal teeth area.

Its difficult to give a diagnosis from the info provided as no image is attached. In case there are no other factors the ache might be due to transient factors (stress, bite trauma, extra oral trauma, temperature etc) and the condition is self correcting. However you need to visit your nearest dentist to have a definite diagnosis
Get xray of tooth. Based on clinical pictures, medication can be prescribed. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations and treatment plan.

If the case is so get a X ray done by dentist nearby and start medicines.
If pain is not subsided in 3 days you may need a RCT or Extraction of tooth.
