Hi Glad u reached out. Since ur feeling a fluctuation in ur physical parameters like bp... I would suggest u see a psychiatrist at the earliest. U might have to take some very mild dosage of a relaxing medicine. Now a days these meds come with zero to no side effect. All the best buddy

Hello.. plz keep you BP in control. Sleeplessness can be a side effect of increased BP. You can practice some relaxation and meditation. This will calm you and reduce stress if there is any. Also do some exercise/ yoga. Try to stay happy. Indulge in things which cheer you up, practice a hobby or start something new and exciting. This will take away the monotony of the present state and keep you relaxed and happy. Try having milk and honey before sleeping but check with your doctor. Honey relaxes you. Try to follow a specific sleep schedule by giving up on your screen time an hour prior.. follow a ritual of dimming the lights, freshning up, listening to light soothing music or reading and going to bed. You can also take a warm water bath before bed. Hope this helps. Otherwise you can get in touch with me through Practo @ drvatsalawadhwathakur
