Hello Anxiety is a reaction to some thought that triggers fear of known or unknown issue. And that thought can effect sleep. Calming mind and identifying root cause helps to overcome and outgrow any anxiety . Seek help if required. Working on self with peaceful guided meditation, .. and calming mind and reaction helps. Resort to reading, listening to soothing music , and writing ur triggering thoughts may help to begin with. Till you work with the underlying issue.
