Oversleeping can also be a symptom of an underlying illness like hypersomnia (or any other sleep disorder) or blood pressure or vitamin deficiency. Please get yourself checked once for any physical causes.
Next Steps
If it does not have a physical cause then there is a need to reach out to a licensed clinical psychologist for a basic psychological evaluation to check if there are other symptoms of depression or any other underlying psychological problem.

Hi... If you have recently deprived yourself of sleep due to exams or anything else, then it's fine. Your body and mind is just completing the required rest and sleep.
If you're sleeping for 9—13 hrs in a day without any precedent, then it's unhealthy & a sign of an underlying mental health condition.
You are either too stressed about something or lost all hope about something and this excessive sleep is more of an escape.
Psychotherapy/Counselling can help you get over this bad routine and any mental health issues you might be experiencing lately.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance is required.
