Disturbed sleep
I am not getting sleep in the night, usually i go to bed at 10pm and sleep at 12 but now after going to bed at regular time i am getting sleep at around 3 to 4 that to disturbed sleep and again i am getting up at 7 in the morning i am not able to sleep properly and i feel tired all the day is this because of stress what can i do solve this sleeping problem Thanks in advance

Hello .. Disturbed sleep awake pattern may be because of stress , try to find out the actual cause and consult a psychologist if you want. Till then follow a proper routine , if you are regular with your routine that will definitely result in some positive and productive outcome which will give you satisfaction and through this your sleeping cycle may improve.
