Sleeping only
From past few days i only want to sleep.. I wake up late.. I sleep in the afternoon and sleep early in night. It's like I don't want to wake up and face anything at all. I am supposed to study but it's like I have zero motivation left.

It seems like there's something happening in your current reality that's bothering you and making you feel overwhelmed which is why you're using sleeping as a coping mechanism to overcome the difficult emotion. I invite you to attend a counselling session with me to explore what's going on in your life and then come up with solutions.
