Hi
Adults require seven to nine hours of sleep. Since past five days you have been sleeping for five hours. It is necessary to know if you have been feeling stressed or anxious that is causing lack of sleep. Certain factors that cause lack of sleep are stress about work and family, anxiety, and too much caffeine. In order to determine what is causing sleep deprivation with a psychologist you can talk about your lifestyle, relationship with family, eating habits, water intake, and caffeine intake. If you have any physical health issue you can talk about it with a psychologist. You can also talk about the kind of bed you sleep on and the kind of light that is used in the bedroom. There are also certain foods that promote good sleep.
To sleep well consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. Certain behavioural and lifestyle changes might be required. A psychologist will help you feel calm that will enable you to sleep well.

Health Tips
Contact me for counselling session. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.
Considering your age, in the long run, sleeping only for 5 hours per day will have its negative consequences. How to sleep longer will depend on why you are not sleeping for more than 5 hours! So, please share more about the problem before a solution can be prescribed.
AS YOU SAID IT HAPPENS FROM LAST 5 DAYS THAT MEANS BEFORE THAT YOU ARE HAVING PROPER SLEEP. SO NEED TO FIND OUT CAUSE AND ACCORDINGLY FIND SOLUTION FOR IT.
Hi... You are just qualifying the basic level of sleep. Your body and mind can survive with this amount of sleep on a short span of time, but you will soon start seeing it's negative impacts on your appetite, digestion, activity/energy levels, mood, etc. If this is happening for a given reason, like an exam, travel, task, etc. It's fine. But if it continues for more than a week time you may consult a Psychologist. Sleep issues typically arise when our subconscious mind is disturbed by certain thoughts, emotions, fears, etc. We may not be aware of them, but they might be active in our subconscious mind and impacting our sleep, appetite, or general well-being. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) along with Lifestyle Changes may help you recover from your issues.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
