It's common for sleep disturbances to impact various aspects of life, including energy levels and mood. Compensating on sleep by sleeping early and waking up late, or vice versa, might be contributing to this inconsistency. If you find that anxieties kick in when you sleep late, it could be helpful to explore the root causes of these anxieties. Consulting with a professional, such as a sleep specialist or counselor, can provide insights into your sleep patterns and offer techniques to establish a more consistent and restful sleep routine.
