Hard mass gaining body structure
I am a hard gainer in terms of mass gaining, I am going to gym and working out regularly. I am taking whey proteins but not getting results. I have spent almost 30k on whey protein of good companies and taking it for almost a year. Please suggest what to do so that I can put on mass in my body.

See, you will not gain weight until the cause of underweight is not treated even thou you are eating whey protein ,.This will only lead to high uric acid level ,water retension , kidney stone and even cause damage to kidney. There are many reason of not gaining weight. . Endrocrine problems . IBS . Dietary problem . Liver problem . Tuberculosis . Vitamin and minerals deficiencies . GI (Digestive)problem .
