Hi, currently my height is 169cm and my weight is 64kg. My body is very lean. I want to put on some weight and improve muscle. I don't want to rely on mass gainer products which have a lot of chemicals and have side effects as well. Pls guide the right approach towards this.

Try to maintain proper schedule for having your meals and sleep timings.
Go for regular walks and do strength training.
Have protein in all main 3 meals of the day.

Have 2 servings of milk and curd daily. Start your day with soaked 4 almonds and 1walnut and 8-10 soaked black raisins with a cup of milk.
