Gum Bleeding and Recession
I suddenly faced gum bleeding while i was brushing as well while i was eating something like mango slice wherein i was trying to eat the slice and suddenly little to some thin gum bleeding happened. Next day, i immediately changed the toothpaste to Vantej and also added a himalaya Hiora Mouthwash. I am using Vantej with sensodyne as Vantej doesnt have much lather so now soft brushing with little bit of sensodyne with vantej and after that using Himalaya Hiora. Is it fine to use these ? Vantej + Himalaya Hiora Mouthwash Gums bleeding was less but still i feel some kind of dull  like gum recession sensitiveness even when i am eating nothing is it normal?

It's good that you're taking steps to address the gum bleeding issue. Changing to a toothpaste like Vantej that is designed to promote gum health and using a mouthwash like Himalaya Hiora can be beneficial for oral hygiene. However, if you're experiencing ongoing gum bleeding, sensitivity, or any discomfort, it's important to consult a dentist. While these changes in your oral care routine might help improve your gum health, there could be underlying issues that need professional attention. If you're feeling gum recession and sensitivity, it could be due to a variety of reasons including gum disease, improper brushing technique, or other factors. A dentist can evaluate your oral health, identify any issues, and provide appropriate recommendations for treatment and care. Remember that only a dentist can provide accurate advice based on your specific situation. So, consider scheduling an appointment with a dental professional to address your concerns and receive proper guidance for maintaining healthy gums and teeth.

May be you are in need of a professional cleaning called scaling. Your gums would be swollen due to plaque and calculus. Please visit a dentist. Any toothpaste is not of much use, if that's the case untill you get a scaling done. Use mouth was regularly. Yes, its normal to feel sensitive over teeth where gum recession has ocured even when you are not eating. in such cases sensitivity could be due to air blast. Even the sensitivity may go off after scaling.

You need a professional opinion and treatment rather than just adding toothpastes to your routine. Visit a dentist as soon as possible. You require oral prophylaxis done. Also if required the doctor would suggest you treatment for the receded gum. Along with that maybe you need to change your brushing and oral hygiene habits.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist.
