What kind of Diet will be good and beneficial for gaining good lean Body mass with lean muscles. . . I am currently on a normal/regular Diet: At Morning: I have 3 Sandwiches(with omlet) and 1 Glass of Milk with little proteinx as a supplement... . . Afternoon: Boiled Dal, white Rice and Boiled Chicken and sometimes with vegetables and Fruits . . Evening Snack: 1 Glass of Milk with Oats or Museli and sometimes chocolate cake or choco pie . . Dinner: Boiled Dal, white Rice and Boiled Chicken and Fruits sometimes with little Vegetables. . . What Can I Add, Remove or Change from here... At present I am 20 and my weight ranges between 72-75... . . And can you recommend Diet that promotes good healthy skin with an Holistic approach.... . Regards.

Hello User The diet chart you are given here is incomplete without knowing your height bcoz you said your weight is between 72 75 and this much protein you are taking in form of egg protein X need to know your activity. Bcoz too much protein leads to high uric acid. You have written Sometimes vegetables and fruits

To gain your lean muscle mass, eat a diet rich in protein, moderate amount of carbohydrates and low in fats. Difficult to explain exact diet on this chat But as per your diet details, instead of bread for breakfast, eat multigrain chapatti with boiled egg, milk Lunch should be brown rice,dal, vegetables,salads,boiled sprouts,curds Evening- fresh fruit,nuts,seeds,milk Dinner - same as lunch 30 gramsWhey protein after your weight training session
