Hello User
The diet chart you are given here is incomplete without knowing your height bcoz you said your weight is between 72 75 and this much protein you are taking in form of egg protein X need to know your activity.
Bcoz too much protein leads to high uric acid.
You have written Sometimes vegetables and fruits
To gain your lean muscle mass, eat a diet rich in protein, moderate amount of carbohydrates and low in fats.
Difficult to explain exact diet on this chat
But as per your diet details, instead of bread for breakfast, eat multigrain chapatti with boiled egg, milk
Lunch should be brown rice,dal, vegetables,salads,boiled sprouts,curds
Evening- fresh fruit,nuts,seeds,milk
Dinner - same as lunch
30 gramsWhey protein after your weight training session
