Gluten-free & Dairy-free Diet plan
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. My doctor had asked me to follow a dairy-free & gluten-free diet. I have stopped dairy completely, but it has been a little difficult to avoid gluten all together. I'm not sure what to eat and what not to eat. Can someone please give me a sample diet plan that will help me loose weight. Thank you :)

Hi For pcod you must lose weight, do exercise regularly. Minimize use of cosmetics as they all contain xenon estrogen. Since you are not gluten intolerant you don't have to avoid it completely. Include millets along with wheat in making roti. Cut down the portion size of your meals. Eat fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Include salad and sprouts in your meals. Avoid processed, packaged foods completely. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Take good sleep and avoid any stress by keeping your self busy. Thanks

Gud after noon it's not necessarily to avoid gluten containing food n dairy products. U should have a low fat fiber rich diet with regular exercise n adequate water intake to keep yourself fit forever.
