Greetings for the day!!
Actually we cannot be sure that back pain is due to gastric problems. These two can be totally different problems. A detailed assessment of the problem is necessary before arriving at the diagnosis. Please consult a dietitian for detailed assessment and diet plan for your problem. For gastric problem,
Try having cumin seed warm water after meals
Include garlic based recipes in your diet.
Saunf and pepper also helps with easy digestion
Choose fermented, steamed foods for easy digestion
Avoid maida and maida based products
These are just general guidelines, for detailed diet plan contact me through practo.
Thank you
