Gas Issue stomach
My job is work from home by continue seating. I am eating less still have gas problems. Filling stomach full or sometimes gas sounds.

Hello, Due to sitting job, such issues are very common. To get relief you can do the following : 1.) boil 1 tsp coriander seeds in 1 glass water, strain it and have it. 2.) take lukewarm lemon🍋 water 2-3 times a day. 3.) take a stroll of 10-15 minutes after every meal 4.) drink 2-3 litres of water. 5.) eat small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours

Hi Eating less is not the thing , eating what kind off food stuff is the main issue. Need to know what foods you are including in your meals matters a lot when some one has stomach issues.

no large meals at one go, no outside food, no spicy, masala, salty and sour foods, no to greasy and oily foods, no fasting and feasting, no binge eating, no to sweets, baked items, chocolates and confectionery, no to deep fried foods, no to pickles, no to besan and related food items as it increases gas problem and farting too with sounds ..

less portion sized meals, regular eating habits, plenty of drinking water around 2 to 3 litres per day, buttermilk, coconut water, saboo dana water, dietary fiber intake, germinated sprouts, plant based high biological value plant protein, moderate fat, ghee in dal, slightly cold kheer etc are all essential and advised for your condition... and healthy active lifestyle is very important both morning and evening..

Gas ,bloating  etc could be due to long intervals  between  meals or due to additives in food preparation such as soda or food allergies etc kindly  try and figure the issues  causing in your case and sort out .
