Hello,
Due to sitting job, such issues are very common. To get relief you can do the following :
1.) boil 1 tsp coriander seeds in 1 glass water, strain it and have it.
2.) take lukewarm lemon🍋 water 2-3 times a day.
3.) take a stroll of 10-15 minutes after every meal
4.) drink 2-3 litres of water.
5.) eat small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours
