Respected Sir, Iam suffering from stomach problems such as gas constipation piles and my query is can I eat only buttermilk rice at night and can I eat banana, please suggest me how to overcome this problem sir

Yes rice curds buttermilk bananas can be taken but how and how much that can be guided only if you give detail discription of your condition. I need to know what all you eat with food, the level of stress you have and the amount of water you have.
