Have a check on your diet and the foods you are including on daily basis. Try to include more home cooked meals. The another reason of bigger belly can be lot of water retention or bloating/gas. You should consider this point also and try to avoid  long gap between your meals. Of course exercise is necessary along with diet. So exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
