I have big belly...post pregnancy I dint do any exercise. What's to do to reduce for flat belly. I oly followd diet for reducing weight. Nd that's done..now this belly is so big.

Its not easy to loose belly fat, for that we have to make changes in diet and do add workout for target area like crunches, squats and some yoga are also there

Hi,  for reducing belly fat, you need to take high protein high fiber diet .avoid refined carb, oily,spicy food. Be well hydrated with 10-12 glasses water .

Hi user! Fat accumulation around belly May have many reasons contributing, like hormonal imbalance, nutrition deficiency in diet, less blood circulation around belly and inactivity.
