Hi Good evening! Bloating can be due to different reasons. 1. Chew your food thoroughly, since digestion of starch starts in your mouth. 2. Drink enough water, at least 2.5 to 3 litres a day. 3. Check if you have any food intolerances. Besides this, for weight loss, include enough protein and fiber. Aim for a sound sleep and manage your stress levels.
