I'm 50kg female and I'm 5'1... I have a lot of fat around my belly and thigh and face... Makes me feel very uncomfortable. I eat out once or twice a week. But even when I used to not eat out i had this problem.

Stress :
Stress can increase cortisol level which can lead to weight gain, especially abdomen. Try managing stress through exercise, yoga, meditation or spending time outside
Hydration:
Drinking enough fluids can reduce appetite and promote weight loss
Other habits:
Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
You can also try adding more electrolytes in diet such as calcium, magnesium and potassium, which can help your body retain less salt
