I often feel bloated after hitting gym. I go to gym early in the morning after having a glass of warn water. Once back i wait for half an hour, i take breakfast. Although all this while im bloated and get burns in throat. Not sure what i am doing wrong

Bloated and burning in throat reason may be indigestion, acidity, stomach ulcer, pancriatis, thyroid. At first find out reason go for diagnosis. For treatment drink beverages after rather than during meal. Avoid late night eating, avoid spicy food, try to relax after meal. Eat slowly, eat small meal.
