Hello, it sounds like you might be dealing with a viral infection, possibly pharyngitis or a flu-like illness, given the symptoms of fever, throat pain, and shivering. In most cases, these viral infections resolve within a few days with proper rest, hydration, and symptomatic treatment like paracetamol for fever and pain. Gargling with warm salt water and steam inhalation can also help relieve throat discomfort. However, if symptoms persist beyond 3-5 days or worsen, further evaluation might be required to rule out bacterial causes like tonsillitis, which may need antibiotics. For a more tailored evaluation and treatment plan, you can consult me for better assessment. You may also reach out via WhatsApp on eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two.

Seems to be viral fever with upper respiratory tract infection. However, causes of fever like malaria, typhoid, dengue, et cetera should be ruled out by blood investigation. At present. You can start paracetamol 650 SOS for fever and gargle by betadine gargle. Take adequate rest, keep yourself hydrated, and also you can take vitamin C tablet once daily
