Feverish and restlessness after iui

I did my iui on 20th May on 22nd May I had severe cramps and fever I took paracetamol and felt okay again on 24th May I started feeling restless and body ache sort of feeling I checked my bp it was normal I don't have fever but I've feeling as I'm very sick. Also I've cramps on left side of lower abdomen is it normal?
