Fever with Chills
Hi , I am experiencing fever of 100degrees chills since afternoon. I took a crocin and chills subsided . However fever is still 100 . With head congestion. I dont have cold . Slight sore throat . I usually cannot swallow Dolo . Pls suggest can i continue crocin .

You need to plan for antibiotics and supportive medication.
Take tab azee 500 once a day before food for 5 days
Tab montek lc at night after food for 5 days
Tab pan 40 before food twice a day for 5 days.
Tab dolo 650 three times a day after food for 5 days.
Can do betadine gargling.
Next Steps
