Please get your Blood CBC, Dengue antigen and Malaria antigen test done. Consult a General Physician on Practo with the report.
In the meantime you should be on Paracetamol, Pantaprazole, and Vit C. Look after your hydration.

Well body temperature ain't too raised, I think issue is vomiting. Are you taking any medication for it? If yes then what? Is it associated with cold? Also are you taking any antacid?
