Hello, Thank you for sharing your symptoms. Persistent fever that subsides temporarily with paracetamol but returns could indicate an underlying infection or inflammatory process. Since there are no other symptoms like cough or cold, it’s essential to evaluate other potential causes, such as a bacterial infection, which might need antibiotics, or even something like viral fever or typhoid, which can present this way. I would recommend getting some basic tests done, such as a Complete Blood Count (CBC), urine analysis, and a malaria and dengue test, to rule out common infections. If the tests are normal and the fever persists, further investigations might be needed to pinpoint the exact cause. Please consult for a more detailed evaluation and personalized treatment. You can also reach me directly on WhatsApp at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two  for any further assistance. Take care, and I look forward to helping you get better soon.
