I had fever for 2 weeks. Fever is gone but white mucus still comes from cough and nose. Since then I feel constant low energy, heavy head, and eyes feel very heavy even with good night sleep. Blood tests normal. Thyroid normal. I have taken monthly Vitamin D3 (Pores D3). I sometimes get palpitations during anxiety.
Please advise cause, treatment, and if I can safely resume 8–9 hours office desk work.
