I feel insecurity when im going to do something better.I always compare something with others then i feel insecure.negative mind and negative thoughts.I compare with others and i feel they will do better than me.please help

It's completely natural and normal to feel a sense of insecurity. But try and notice the feeling underlying that. May be you're feeling powerless with a lack of control. Create 'control pockets' by identifying even small things that you can control - like making a list of tasks for the day, etc

Also, remember the only thing in your control is the present moment. So, get into the practice of practicing Mindfulness which is about focusing on the present moment. There are lots of apps to help you practice that.

Probably, if you can learn and practice to go at a Race with yourself, this low self esteem can be removed from your thought itself.. Instead of comparing with others, practice to compare with your own yesterday.. How better you have become today than yesterday, Or, How good I can become than of my own yesterday's behaviour.

Negative mind, feeling insecure it's quite natural when we have lots of responsibility or when we take responsibility to do something.. but with that it's also shows lack of self love and self confidence. You can easily cover up if you just trust yourself fully. Clam yourself, do meditation, divert your thoughts and positive thinking. When you have  already done so much definitely you will do more. Hello To feel insecure is a natural feeling which everyone has but as you said that you compare yourself with others and feel insecure that they will do better than me is something beyond insecurity, It's feeling of jealousy and due to which you feel anxious. Let me tell you something everyone has its own pace no one is superior or inferior to other it's our perception. You musT be doing something's which other can't do best, try to focus on your positives and strengths instead of others. Take help to come out of these negative thoughts. Feeling of insecurity is quite common for most of them, let it be relationship, studies, performance, self look, skills and others. Sometimes comparing with others in most of these areas could build up this emotion. Like the same how you are experiencing, it might be because of expectations, lack of confidence / self belief, happiness or satisfaction. Its ok you try working on your strengths, trust yourself saying I have the ability / skills try to explore & perform in different manner, or in small work which you feel confident, understand everyone are different / unique in their own sense. Tiny success is ALWAYS VALUABLE, Keep a short term goal (weekly), Try recognise your small achievements, motivate yourself/ appreciate that you could do something.. Hello, It is a human thing to feel insecure. It’s natural and it happens to the best of us . Try diverting your mind with activities which bring joy to you , which maybe anything random such as cooking or maybe photography etc . The more you get those happy hormones released , the better you’ll feel.
