With omlet take salads.. it is a good combination protein+fibre. Fibre will helps you to digest protein. While making omlet take 1 whole egg + remaining 2 egg whites and prepare omlet.

Hi That's great you are perfectly fit and fine. Yes it's good to take required amount of protein and 2-3 eggs are perfectly normal per day. But you can have it in other form also like boiled egg, half fry, scrambled etc.

Health Tips
I would suggest you can switch the form of egg in which you are having like sometimes you can have boiled egg sometimes omelette sometimes in other form to limit the oil intake as whole egg already have sufficient amount of fat (includes saturated fat in the form of cholesterol).

Healthy afternoon, That’s great you’re absolutely fit and fine. Egg are nutritious protein source and staple in many peoples diet. Though they are high in cholesterol, and also have many health promoting qualities. For healthy adults eating 1-2 eggs a day appears safe. , as long as they are consumed as part of an overall nutritious diet. If you are taking three eggs is perfectly fine to eat, but it is important to look at the rest of your diet. If your background diet is high in saturated fats this can affect the degree to which blood cholesterol is increased when more dietary cholesterol is increased when more dietary cholesterol is eaten.

Good Afternoon Yes it will be fine if you take 2-3 eggs if no medical condition. We can avoid fried egg recipes instead opt of poached,  boiled egg options.  To understand the details of other parameters of activity and other protein sources as per the requirements kindly connect in personal.
