1. Yes u can eat raw eggs 2. Pasteurised milk u can consume as it is but raw cow or other animal milk is not safe as it might have .any microbial growth which are not suitable for our gut.... Connect for more Thank you.

It's not safe to consume eggs & milk in its raw form It is good to.consume milk as pasteurizedas this process makes it hygenic & eggs as cooked as cooking alone can destroy antinutrient in eggs
