Does eating badam increase weight???
I am obese due to tablets. My current weight is 94kg. Does eating badam increase weight??? How much badam should be eaten per day?

Badam wont reduce your weight !!! Its a source of healthy fats!! For weight reduction 1.5g/kg per day of protein is needed. For sources of food and proper diet and workout all this . Consult me directly. Its just 100 bucks. Common you can afford that for a nice figure.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Soaked almond daily basis 4-5 early morning and evening. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello as you say.  . Your obesity is due to tablets what medicine are you taking. .. and for what purpose. ,. Your concern about badam... No if eaten in moderation like 5to 7 almonds daily early in the morning empty stomach doesn't increase weight but yes beyond that and in different forms like salted almonds or almond halwa or burfi yes these definitely increases weight ...let me know if you have any other concerns about your health and weight take care
