HI After three months of delivery you can slowly start doing exercises and take well balanced diets...which should be of high in quality and less in quantity..as you would be still be lactating for 6 months or more... So take necessary care before starting with lifestyle changes and diet.. At the initial ,start off slowly with light intensity exercises and then later may be after one or two weeks you can increase the pace...if the exercises ... Wear waist belt or tie cloth if necessary initially...and later you can remove.. For further details contact through practo for a personalized diet session and plan.. Thankyou

Hi You can always work on the diet from the day soon after delivery like try to eat normal meal but small and frequent and make sure you walk around for 20 to 30mins everyday . After 4 months you can start doing proper workout and follow the proper diet plan.
