After three months of delivery you can slowly start doing exercises and take well balanced diets...which should be of high in quality and less in quantity..as you would be still be lactating for 6 months or more...
So take necessary care before starting with lifestyle changes and diet..
At the initial ,start off slowly with light intensity exercises and then later may be after one or two weeks you can increase the pace...if the exercises ...
Wear waist belt or tie cloth if necessary initially...and later you can remove..
