Do 45 minutes of brisk walk every or join a gym. Take lots of complex carbs like salad, fruits sprouts, whole wheat flour or bread, whole pulses in ur diet , it will keep u filled n satisfied for longer hours without feeling hungry. Avoid simple sugars, n refined carbs , bakery products like biscuits, rusk, namkeen, bhujia etc

Change your lifestyle Drink plenty of water / lukewarm water. .. Small and frequent healthy meal... Reduce your carbs increase your pulses , vegies, fruits etc. Take roasted Channa, salads ,sprouts ,soups between the meal. Walk after taking meal.... Use only skimmed milk and its product Avoid long sitting Don not take water during taking the meal... Increase your physical exercise at home level....do crunches,squats, up down, cycling with leg, etc.. Use stairs only Avoid fried, potatoes, starched rice, bulky meal, fats,sweets,full cream milk..
